• Use documentation tools and content management systems to organize and publish content efficiently.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams and flowcharts using graphic design software like Visio to enhance clarity.
• Edit and proofread all documentation for accuracy, consistency, and readability while adhering to style guidelines.
• Conduct research on new products or updates to existing features to ensure documentation remains current.
• Interpret complex technical concepts into clear language suitable for diverse audiences, including end-users and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing within a software or technology environment.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word processing software, and content management systems.
• Strong skills in editing, proofreading, and technical editing to ensure precision in all deliverables.
• Ability to interpret technical information accurately through research and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies to coordinate documentation updates within iterative project cycles.
• Experience with graphic design software like Visio for creating diagrams and visual representations of processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Knowledge of software documentation standards and best practices for technical content creation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: $31.47 - $37.90 per hour
