Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for products, systems, and processes.
• Develop user guides, manuals, API documentation, technical reports, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Work closely with developers, engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts to gather technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and easy-to-understand content.
• Review and update documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Organize documentation using appropriate formatting, templates, and documentation standards.
• Research technical information and verify content before publication.
• Maintain documentation throughout product and system changes.
• Ensure documents are properly versioned and accessible to relevant users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, IT systems, or technical products.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence, or Markdown is an advantage.
