Technical Writer

• Create high quality and detailed technical documentation for products, systems, and internal processes
• Ensure that all documents provide accurate information in a clear and understandable format
• Review and update existing documentation based on product updates, system changes, and feedback from relevant teams
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and other relevant teams to gather and validate technical information
• Develop and maintain documentation such as, API documentation, product/feature documentation, technical guides and manuals, system documentation, troubleshooting guides, and Internal SOPs and process documentation
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with the latest product or system changes
• Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and guidelines across the company
• Conduct product knowledge onboarding for new joiners & internal training team to ensure the team is up to date with new product updates

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or in a similar role
• Strong written communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Basic understanding of software development processes, APIs, databases, and system architecture is preferred
• Experience creating technical documentation such as API documentation, user guides, system documentation, SOPs, or troubleshooting guides.
• Familiar with documentation & design tools such as**,** Notion, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation accuracy
• Able to work independently, manage multiple documentation projects, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and understand new products, systems, and technical concepts
