Technical Writer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, Communication, or related field.
• Experience in process documentation, SOPs, or procedure development.
• Banking, financial services, or CBS/system migration experience is an advantage.
• Strong written English, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and process mapping/document management tools

Job Description:

• Document policies, procedures, process flows, controls, and system changes.
• Coordinate with project teams, process owners, and SMEs to gather information.
• Participate in UAT and process validation activities.
• Translate system changes into clear, user-friendly procedures and guidelines.
• Manage document revisions, version control, reviews, and approvals.
