Our client is a NSW Government Agency.

This role is a 6 months initial contract to start as soon as possible.

100% onsite in with min one day per week in Windsor based office.

Document Writer

Are you an exceptional writer who can turn complex operational information into clear, practical documentation that people actually use?

We're looking for an experienced Document Writer to develop and maintain (ISO) operational procedures, manuals, templates and reference materials that support large-scale operational environments.

You'll work closely with subject matter experts, operational leaders and quality teams to ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, user-friendly and fit for purpose.

What you'll be doing

• Writing and maintaining ISO operational procedures, manuals and work instructions
• Translating technical and operational information into clear, accessible documentation
• Managing document reviews, approvals and version control
• Ensuring compliance with information management and quality standards
• Supporting continuous improvement, operational readiness and workforce capability initiatives

What we're looking for

• Experience creating operational, technical or procedural documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and information-gathering skills
• Knowledge of document control, records management and governance processes
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
