Job Title: Technical Writer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Plan, design, research, write, and edit various documents, including user guides and manuals, technical specifications, training materials, user policies, and proposals.

Establish, communicate, and maintain documentation standards, ensuring that documentation remains current and active.

Create Process Documents / Documentation.

Create and update technical manuals and publications.

Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, operations, and user documentation.

Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.

Create, edit, and format technical and non-technical content into clear, concise, and readable documents and graphic templates.

Research and gather technical and background information for inclusion in project documentation and deliverables.

Manage projects.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree preferably major in Computer Science or Communications

Any experience in the IT or telecommunications industries is a plus.

Proven working experience in technical writing.

Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to rapidly grasp complex technical concepts and convey them clearly through text and visuals.

Excellent written English skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with IT, Telecommunication, Internet domains, Data Systems, and Data Security is advantageous
