Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Work with internal technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product design, functionality, operation of AFC systems and the documentation requirements.
• Create and maintain the information architecture in order to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Research and analyze technical information, converting complex concepts into clear and concise instructions.
• Edit and proofread existing and newly created documentation for accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of experience producing clear, accurate, and user-focused technical documentation, preferably within the transportation or IT sectors.
• Strong command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and style standards.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and gather complex technical information effectively.
• Capability to work flexibly while handling multiple types of equipment simultaneously.
• Strong interest in continuously learning and understanding diverse equipment scopes and functionalities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams with varied areas of expertise.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while proactively identifying documentation gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and documentation standards.
