Job Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses of facility documentation, qualification processes, and network-wide standards across a medical device network.
• Support ISO cleanroom qualification activities, ensuring alignment with applicable ISO 14644 requirements.
• Manage Change Notices (CNs) in Windchill and update controlled documents based on reviewer feedback.
• Support equipment software qualification and lifecycle documentation.
• Collaborate with document owners, approvers, and cross-functional teams to standardize processes across multiple sites.
• Support Project Guardian initiatives focused on facility qualification and documentation standardization.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with facility documentation, cleanroom qualification, or equipment software lifecycle qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Windchill and document change control processes.
• Understanding of ISO 14644 requirements related to cleanroom qualification.
• Strong technical writing, documentation management, and gap analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, document owners, and approvers.
• Prior Boston Scientific experience is preferred.

Pay Scale

Anticipated hourly pay range: $38/hr to $42/hr on W-2, based on experience.
