Role Summary:

• Own the creation, governance, and maintenance of engineering documentation, standards, blueprints, and operational knowledge repositories.

Key Requirements:

• Confluence administration and governance
• Technical network documentation
• HLD, LLD, SOP, and Blueprint development
• Jira workflows and reporting
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• 5–8 years total experience in IT Industry
• Minimum 3+ years technical writing/documentation
• Minimum 3+ years supporting network or infrastructure teams
