Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, with MadCap Flare expertise (Mandatory).
- Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Madcap Flare, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience creating and maintaining:
- User Manuals
- Online Help Systems
- Release Notes
- Quick Start Guides
- Other product documentation
- Ability to collaborate with Software Engineering and SQA teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
