Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and maintain BMS (Building Management System) and HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts on equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues with BMS and HVAC systems using diagnostic tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols when working at heights or in confined spaces.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in BMS & HVAC installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.
- Diploma/B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices related to low voltage wiring installations.
- Proficiency in programming languages used for controlling building management systems.
