Technician and Care Coordinator

This isn’t a typical clinical role.

We’re looking for someone who can do two things most people can’t do at the same time: deliver precise, high-quality clinical care and inspire people to take action that changes their lives. You’ll educate on the “NeuroLife Method” and operate advanced brain-healing technology (qEEG Brain Mapping, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Neurofeedback),

But your most important instrument is your ability to connect with people, build trust, and move them toward decisions they’ll thank you for.

What You’ll Do

Client Enrollment & Communication

• Own the full client journey—from first contact as a lead, through enrollment, treatment, and graduation.

• Call, text, and email leads promptly (return missed calls within 15 minutes). Schedule and confirm appointments with personal follow-up.

• Present care plans and treatment options with confidence, empathy, and clarity. Help clients understand their path forward and commit to it.

• Coordinate with our insurance billing department on prequalification and coverage.

• Build referral networks by reaching out to local doctors, counselors, and treatment centers. Introduce our services and establish partnerships.

Clinical Care & Treatment

• Train on and operate advanced medical equipment for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Neurofeedback therapies. Complete required certifications.

• Perform accurate qEEG brain scans with precision—proper setup, artifact-free recordings, and careful protocols.

• Give clients your full attention during every treatment session. Stay present, monitor EEG quality, and interact when appropriate.

• Assess client progress through thoughtful questioning, document with detailed SOAP notes, and help clients recognize their own improvements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions using approved materials.

Office & Culture

• Maintain a clean, organized, and energized work environment. Equipment cleaned between every client.

• When a client or guest is in the office, they are the priority—period.

• Be productive during downtime. There is no “waiting for calls” task. If you have open time, build referral relationships, organize, or improve something.

• Keep your phone put away during work hours. Breaks are for personal time.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport, influence positively, and motivate others to take action.

• Clear, confident communicator who can educate clients on modern brain-healing technology in plain language.

• Some experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, or client-facing roles preferred. We’ll train the right person on clinical skills.

• Empathetic and patient, with the ability to be firm and direct when a client needs encouragement to follow through.

• Detail-oriented and precise—in clinical work, documentation, and client records.

• Willingness to undergo training and achieve necessary certifications for TMS and Neurofeedback.

• Self-starter mentality. You take initiative without being asked.
