TECHNICIAN (AOI)

Job Responsibilities

• Support Operation of AOI systems to inspect products (e.g., circuit boards) for defects, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
• Calibrate AOI systems to ensure accurate defect detection and optimal performance.
• Identify defects during inspection and categorize them according to severity and type.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of AOI systems into the production line.
• Continuously monitor the inspection process for improvements and suggest changes to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
• To support and carry out the special tasks assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in Electrics or Electronics Engineering.
• Must have strong willingness to learn new things and challenge the existing production test/ assembly method.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong team player, with excellent collaboration, oral and written communication skills in Malay and English Language.
• Possess strong engineering and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Test and Measurement equipment such as digital multimeter, oscilloscope, power analyzer, etc.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply for the position.
