Technician (Assembler)

Position: Assembly Technician (Fresh Graduate Are Welcome!)

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian, Pasir Gudang, Johor
Salary: Basic up to RM3000 + Allowances + Bonus

Working Hours (Candidates must be comfortable working on rotating shifts):

AM Shift
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift
Monday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Friday: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to work instructions.
• Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Perform testing and inspection to ensure products function properly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or electrical issues.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Complete assembly, testing, and production documentation accurately.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 7S practices.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and process improvement activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/SKM 3 in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Fresh graduates who have completed or are about to complete internship are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with relevant technical, assembly, or production experience will have an added advantage
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
