Technician (Production Line) – EMS

Location: Kallang Road, Singapore
Basic Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 (Gross Salary Up to SGD 3,500++ with OT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Stable Overtime: Approximately 2–3 hours per day

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble system racks and electrical/electronic components according to production requirements.
• Read and follow technical drawings, electrical schematics and assembly instructions accurately.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to carry out assembly, inspection and testing activities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and functional testing to ensure completed products meet quality standards.
• Support and guide production operators in achieving daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain proper 5S, workplace safety and production standards.
• Complete required production records, checklists and documentation accurately.
• Support other production and assembly activities assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, EMS or related environments.
• Able to read and understand basic electrical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience using basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Comfortable working 2–3 hours of OT when required.
• Good attention to detail, teamwork and ability to follow work instructions.
