Technician Assistant

Qualifications: Technical Assistant

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or any related technical course.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in construction or land development projects is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings.
• Familiar with land development activities, including excavation, earthworks, grading, and drainage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD.
• Capable of preparing daily progress reports, technical documents, and project monitoring reports.
• Assists Project Engineers and Site Engineers in monitoring project activities.
• Can perform site inspections and coordinate with site personnel and subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• With good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work overtime when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction documentation, quantity takeoff, and material monitoring.
• Knowledge of surveying and land development processes.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
