- Reliability readouts support
- Engineering experiments/data collection
- Loadboard components debug
- Report generation for GRnR, paramteric test distribution summary
- Complete validation and defined engineering experiments
- Basic debug of loadboard components
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Delta matrix handler, knowledge of ATE V93k tester
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree related to semiconductor electronics
- Semiconductor testing background for packaged parts
- ATE handler and tester familiarity
- Advantest training certificate if available
