About Our Client The company operates a service department that works with internal combustion and electric forklifts as well as warehouse equipment . It provides maintenance, diagnostic assistance, and repair services both on-site at customer locations and in a workshop . The Role: Technician The purpose of this role is to provide technical and diagnostic assistance within the service department . The position focuses on the repair, service, and preventative maintenance of internal combustion and electric forklifts and warehouse equipment on-site and off-site . Key Responsibilities Possess 5 years of experience with servicing and repairing electric lift trucks . Repair, service, and maintain internal combustion and electrical forklifts on customer sites and in the workshop . Complete job cards or use the PhoneApp . Communicate with managers, the call centre, and customers . Perform housekeeping and clean up all maintenance and work areas daily . Assist with other general maintenance activities . Travel as required to service and repair equipment on site . About You 5 years of experience with servicing and repairing electric lift trucks . Diesel, Auto Electric, or Forklift trade test certificate . Driver''s licence . Ability to communicate with customers at all levels . Adherence to all SHE requirements . Sober habits, well-disciplined, self-motivated, team player, and able to work with minimum supervision . Knowledge of basic mechanical systems . Internal combustion knowledge and experience .
