We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including Shop Technicians and Mobile Service Technicians.

Shop Technician Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Tire replacement, mounting, and balancing
• Perform wheel alignments
• Service brakes, steering, suspension, and other maintenance items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks
• NC State Inspector certification is a plus

Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities

• Perform mobile tire services including mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs
• Conduct mobile oil changes
• Perform battery replacements
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and inventory
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Provide excellent customer service with a sales-minded approach
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive repair experience (required)
• Experience with tire service or oil changes preferred
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs comfortably
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
• Reliable, motivated, and able to stay on task

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary based on actual work needs)

Compensation

Pay is based on work ethic, skill level, and motivation. High performers will have opportunities to increase earnings as the company grows.

On-the-job training provided.

Physical Requirements (This Is Hands-On Work)

• On your feet most of the day (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting
• Working outside in all weather
• Lifting: up to 25 lbs regularly; 25–50 lbs often; 50+ lbs (team lift or equipment)
• Pushing/pulling tires, tools, and equipment
• Working in tight/awkward positions
