Technician

As a Technician at BMS Offshore, you are the practical, problem-solving core of our team.

You ensure that all tools, equipment, and systems are fully operational, reliable, and ready for offshore deployment. Your hands-on expertise plays a crucial role in supporting smooth project execution and minimizing downtime.

While the role involves limited administrative tasks, you enjoy a good degree of autonomy and actively contribute to maintaining technical excellence. Your strong technical skills and proactive approach allow you to troubleshoot issues efficiently and support both onshore and offshore teams.

This position offers opportunities to develop your practical knowledge and grow within a dynamic and challenging offshore environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical equipment;
• Prepare tools for offshore deployment, ensuring reliability and compliance;
• Support equipment testing, calibration and documentation;
• Assist in mobilizations, load-outs and offshore operations as required;

Must Have

• Technical diploma or proven experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance;
• Hands-on skills with tools, machinery or offshore equipment;
• Safety awareness and team mindset;
• Being able to communicate in English;
• Pro-active and independent.

Nice to have

• Willingness to work flexible hours;
• Fluent in Mandarin.
