Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic repair and maintenance work within the hotel
• Respond to guest maintenance requests with guidance from senior technicians
• Carry out simple troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general equipment issues
• Support routine inspection of hotel facilities and equipment
• Record maintenance work updates in the system (PMS)
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
• Report any major issues to supervisor or senior technician
• Assist engineering team members in daily operational tasks
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or related field
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• No experience required – training will be provided
• Basic understanding of tools or maintenance work is an advantage
• Willing to learn and work in hotel operational environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Good attitude and teamwork mindset
