TECHNICIAN

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform activities that related to production core technician i.e. troubleshooting at prober, material issuance for any related to the core team activities, investigation for all core cases within trigger time.
• Perform maintenance and line sustaining activities for handler and tester equipment to ensure stable and continuous production.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic corrective maintenance for handler and tester machines in accordance with approved procedures.
• Perform handler and tester setup, conversion, and changeover based on production or customer requirements.
• Responsible to maintain & update all core performance for every end shift reports.
• Ensure Minimum downtimes for handler and tester.
• Monitor, Test and maintenance of the system so as to provide maximum protection to employees and assets.
• Monitor Facilities Utilities Supply with monitoring parameters identified so as to provide a means of knowing the performance of the etch systems'
• Facilities Equipment – This covers all facilities equipment identified in the plant such as Air Handling Units, Air-Conditioners, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air-Compressors & Air Dryer, Exhaust Fans, Fume Scrubber, WWT Plant, RO/DI Plant, Vacuum Pump and lighting, City Water Tank, Fire-Fighting Tank, City Water Pumps and Piping Distribution'.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics /Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related technical fields. (fresh graduates may be considered).
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask and liase with engineers in different functional groups.
• Mechanical working experience is essential.
