About the role
To attend to customer machines' breakdowns by carry out troubleshooting and fault finding to rectify machine problems. To perform and complete new machines' PDI jobs, including the installation of new additional electrical instruments and gadgets, and conduct functionality checks and testing. Conduct PM Clinic to ensure machine is in optimum working conditions. Adopt the best practices of the 5S methodology.
Key responsibilities

About you
- ITE Trade Certification
- 3-5 years in related Heavy Equipment Industry
- Mechanical & Hydraulic system and basic electrical knowledge
- Technical and customer service skills
- Be a team-player
- Proficiency in Chinese or Tamil is an added bonus in order to communicate effectively with non english speaking clients
