About the role
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for factory facilities and utilities. Maintain electrical, lighting, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other building systems. Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, door access, face recognition, and burglar alarm systems.

About you
- Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance systems
- Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to start work short notice or immediate.
