Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Machine Maintenance & Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery. The ideal candidate possesses a strong mechanical mindset with foundational electrical knowledge to diagnose issues efficiently and minimize machine downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational faults using basic diagnostic techniques.
• Conduct basic electrical wiring, component checks, and basic control panel inspections.
• Read and interpret basic technical manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams.
• Respond promptly to breakdown calls to perform on-site troubleshooting and component replacements.
• Document maintenance activities, diagnostic steps, and repair logs accurately.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure safety standards and equipment efficiency are maintained.

Minimum Requirements

• Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with basic electrical wiring and basic electrical safety.
  • Solid basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for machinery or industrial equipment.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in machine repair, equipment maintenance, or factory technical service.

• Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving ability, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
