What they need
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician, based in Malacca and Kulim Malaysia. The Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, performing maintenance and repair/setup tasks, and delivering exceptional field service. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure the optimal performance of semiconductor equipment and systems.
Qualifications
- Keen to learn troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in semiconductor equipment
- Some experience in performing maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment reliability
- Some skilled in providing field service and technical support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction and technical reporting
- Ability to analyze problems, diagnose faults, and implement timely solutions
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and related technology is advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Malacca and Kulim, travel within Malaysia and overseas for projects support
