• 维修或更换酒店的各种零部件，整修客房设施；掌控维修任务的完成情况，使酒店保持卓越状态且运转良好； 2. 整理物资，确保设备运转良好，为酒店第二天的运营做好准备； 3. 维护高安全标准——遵循指导方针，及时向主管报告事故、危险情况或不安全设备； 4. 负责酒店内外区域的安全和清洁，如停车场和游泳池； 5. 始终留意可改进的领域——遵循预防性维护日程表，始终确保一切高效运转； 6. 及时向主管或值班经理汇报进展，告知即将短缺的物资； 7. 在团队需要时，随时准备好承担额外职责。
• 至少具备1年维护或维修工作经验； 2. 高中文凭或相关职业培训，持有电工证； 3. 熟悉Microsoft Office、建筑管理程序和/或任何其他汇报工具，如HotSos、Opera、Lutron、Bartech或Inncom； 4. 除熟练运用建筑设备和手工工具外，还拥有管道、电气和预防性维护程序方面的基础实践知识； 5. 沟通能力佳，热情洋溢，富有亲和力。
