Technician

About the role

This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of production equipment and jigs. You will diagnose equipment problems, carry out repairs based on electrical circuit diagrams and technical documents, and support the production team in resolving equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of production equipment and jigs
• Diagnose equipment problems and carry out repairs based on electrical circuit diagrams and technical documents
• Perform repair, maintenance, adjustment, and modification of jigs and related tools
• Support the production team in resolving equipment breakdowns and abnormalities to ensure smooth production operations
• Use hand tools to perform equipment dismantling, repair, adjustment, and basic maintenance work
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and maintain proper maintenance records
• Continuously learn and develop technical skills related to equipment and jig maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• Able to communicate in Chinese is a must.
• Relevant working experience in equipment maintenance, machine repair, electrical repair, or a related field
• Strong hands-on skills and able to use basic hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance
• Good learning ability and willingness to learn jig repair, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
• Able to read and understand basic electrical circuit diagrams for equipment troubleshooting
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively with the production and maintenance teams
