Technician

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechathronic Engineering or any field.
• Minimum 1 ~ 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Must be able to use measurement equipment.
• Computer literate in Microsoft office.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plant Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshooting mechanical or electrical malfunctions and breakdown, as well as performing repairs.
• Maintain and monitoring mechanical or electrical parts to avoid damage to major equipment breakdown.
• Execute planning, servicing and countermeasure activities provide by superior.
• Disassemble machines and take off parts for replacement or repair by using Maintenance Equipment.
• Make daily machine inspections and record the findings in 3KBC reports.
• Updated MMS system and sent daily machine report.
• To carry out scheduling Preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (Overhaul).
• To collect machine hour data and predictive maintenance data.
• Perform any other related tasks/ functions as and when required by the Company.

2. General Maintenance Technician (Facilities)

• To carry out his daily job assigned to them and also to attend day to day problems in the plant.

• To introduce only environmental friendly material to managerial level.

• To use only authorized direct / indirect material for environmental conformance material label.

• To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.

• Perform any other related tasks / functions as and when required by the Company.
