About the role

Install and commission equipment at customer sites, performing wiring, piping, power-on checks, and functional testing. Troubleshoot common faults on-site, escalate complex issues, and document repairs. Provide basic operation training to customers and support trial runs.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment at customer sites – perform wiring, piping, power-on checks, and functional testing
• Troubleshoot common faults on-site; escalate complex issues and document repairs
• Provide basic operation training to customers and support trial runs
• Manage on-site tools, materials, and PPE; follow safety and 6S rules
• Complete installation records, meet productivity targets, and carry out other tasks as assigned

About you

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Prior experience in field service or equipment installation is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Willing to travel to customer sites and work overtime when needed
• Good communication in English and BM
