TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

1. To perform technical support inclusive of daily routine inspection and emergency repair for beauty equipment and accessories.
2. To perform maintenance, installation, repairs related aesthetic or beauty equipment.
3. Checking and inspecting machine/accessories(new and demo) received and ensuring there are of accurate in terms of quantity, packing and quality.
4. To ensure, examine and maintain incoming and outgoing machine/accessories (new and demo) accuracy.
5. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
6. Prepare and submit maintenance and service report on time.
7. Maintain cleanliness and efficient of storage machine/accessories premises with proper safety requirements.
8. Provide administration and clerical support as and when required.
9. Deliver parcels to clients and collect payments.
10. Event and exhibition setup.
11. Office maintenance (change bulb, toilet repair & etc)
12. Any other job assignment required by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

1. SPM or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering(Mechanical, Electrical /Electronic, Mechatronic/Electromechanical/Photonic background)
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience machine technical and analytical skills.
4. Adherence to health and safety regulations.
5. Service oriented with a positive attitude.
6. Able to work well with minimal supervision.
7. Required language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
8. Possess own transportation.
