Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Handle breakdown/service calls from assigned Caf Coffee Day outlets.
• Maintain and repair AC, refrigeration/cooling systems, hot equipment and other caf equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance of machines regularly.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Carry out installation, removal (pull-out), and demonstration of equipment.
• Usually look after around 810 cafs in an assigned area.
• Maintain service reports and update the status of completed work.
• Coordinate with caf staff and report to the Assistant Manager/Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI/Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Has technical/maintenance experience, preferably in commercial equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical systems.
• Good at troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Willing to travel between multiple caf outlets for service calls.
• Able to respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance.
• Has good communication and coordination skills with caf staff.
