Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join the team at ENERGYHUB (M) SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining, installing, and repairing technical equipment and systems. As a Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing directly to the smooth running of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients. This role is essential to our business success and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install batteries and chargers.
• Repair and refurbish battery trays.
• Ensure PP sheet stock is sufficient for daily production needs.
• Locate tray for new install.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of production area.
• Final checking of finished goods prior to delivery.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment operates at optimal performance levels
• Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot problems using appropriate diagnostic tools and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs completed, and spare parts utilised
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices in the technician field through ongoing training and development

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a technician in the trades and services industry, or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of technical systems, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• Health and safety awareness, with a commitment to following all relevant regulations and procedures
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in various environments
