What they need
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance works
- Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct inspection and troubleshooting of fixtures, equipment, and home systems.
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, or other related maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Ensure all works are completed according to company quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain tools, materials, and equipment before and after service operations.
- Respond to service requests and customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Submit service reports, accomplishment reports, and documentation after every assignment.
- Coordinate with Manager and other team members regarding project progress and technical concerns.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and occupational safety guidelines.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management from time to time.
