Technician

Responsibilities

• • Handle and manage commercial and condominiums.
• • Carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs to building works and M&E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system.
• • Supervision of term contractors in repair and testing of M&E services.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Able to carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs to building and M&E works.
