About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Technician to join our team at Netstream Intergrated Solutions. The successful candidate will provide broad technical support across our operations, ensuring all systems and infrastructure remain functional and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across a variety of technical systems and equipment
• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and infrastructure as needed
• Assist with installation, configuration, and commissioning of technical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults across multiple platforms and environments
• Support day-to-day operational requirements across IT, communications, and networking
• Respond to technical callouts and assist with on-site and remote support tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and escalate complex issues where necessary
• Assist with any other technical tasks as required by the business

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge across IT, networking, and communications systems
• Hands-on technical experience in a similar role preferred
• Must reside in Kloof or surrounding areas
• Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
• Must be willing and able to travel to client sites and locations as required (Fuel reimbursement provided for work-related travel)
• Ability to adapt quickly across different technical environments
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Works well independently and within a team
• Relevant technical qualification, eg. advantageous
• MCSC (Microsoft Certified Solutions Certificate) or similar qualification advantageous
