About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Huawei and HONOR mobile devices while ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and software diagnostics on mobile devices.
• Conduct repairs, component replacements, and device testing according to manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain proper documentation of repair activities and service records.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and communicate repair updates when required.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in mobile phone repair or electronics servicing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of smartphone hardware, software troubleshooting, and component replacement.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and undergo technical training.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
