What they need
About the role
We are looking for a technician to handle our new products, interacting with customers and representatives, and performing operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers and/or representatives for our products and services
- Understand and learn our products and systems to handle our products and services
- Perform tasks assigned to operations as per standard task list including checks, equipment preparation, installation
- Travel within Malaysia as required for certain projects
- Undertake after hours work as required for on-call emergencies
About you
- Experience and electrical engineering background preferred
- Must be located in Johor or Sabah
