Technician

Six Figure Window Cleaner Wanted

This isn't a job post for everyone. Read it all the way through.

Most service companies have trained customers to expect late arrivals, sloppy work, and nobody calling back. We're here to change that, one house at a time. We need people who show up, do it right, and care about the work.

If that's you, keep reading. If not, no hard feelings. Keep scrolling.

The money (real numbers + whats possible)

• Training: $16/hour
• After training: base pay + commission. The better you perform, the more you make.
• Year 1: $50,000–$60,000
• Year 2+: $70,000–$100,000
• On top of that: bonuses, tips, and more

You control your paycheck. Work hard and it shows.

What we give you

• Uniform and all equipment provided
• A work vehicle to use every day
• 4 weeks side by side with a trainer, then you run solo
• Training videos you can go back to any time
• A real career path: Window Cleaner → Manager → Business Owner

No experience needed. We'll teach you everything. We can't teach you to care.

What we expect

• Show up on time. Every time.
• Deliver what you promise. No excuses, no shortcuts.
• Go above and beyond. Leave every customer surprised at how good the experience was.
