What they need
* Material Preparation: Coordinate and prepare materials for pneumatic component assembly tasks.
* Assembly Tasks: Perform simple and light assembly tasks using appropriate equipment.
* Productivity: Maintain target productivity and output levels.
* Quality Control: Ensure strict quality control in assigned tasks and document all checklists/inspection records.
* Workplace Maintenance: Maintain 5S standards across individual work areas.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics or a related technical field.
* Skills: Strong technical and mechatronic knowledge; ability to read and understand technical drawings, working instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Experience: 2–3 years of related experience in production assembly.
