Technician

Job Summary

The technician is responsible for carrying out technical, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and operational support activities as assigned by the Company. The role requires the employee to work efficiently and safely at the Company's premises, customer sites and project locations, where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with the installation, alignment, testing and commissioning of PMSM motors, inverters and related HVAC mechanical equipment.

· Carry out inspection, servicing, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of motors, pumps, fans, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers and related equipment.

· Support engineers with HVAC retrofit implementation, EPC project activities, site surveys and contractor coordination.

· Read and interpret basic mechanical, HVAC and electrical interface drawings, layouts and technical documents.

· Assist with chiller plant, cooling tower and air-side system improvement works, including testing and commissioning checks.

· Identify mechanical faults, report site findings and assist in resolving technical issues under engineer supervision.

· Ensure all work complies with PTW requirements, site safety rules, company procedures and approved work methods.

Requirements

· Certificate / Diploma or relevant technical qualification.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Willing to travel and work at project sites when required

· Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required

· Possession of a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,500.00 per month
