Technician

Team Supervision: Assign tasks to junior staff, mentor technicians on complex repairs, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on repetitive failures.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance: Execute advanced repairs across Electronics (PLC/HMI), Electrical (VFDs/Switchgears), and Mechanical (Hydraulics/Pneumatics/Drives).

Planning & Scheduling: Interface with Operations to implement the yearly preventive maintenance plan and request parts needed

Audit Readiness: Maintain rigorous documentation in the to meet HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering/Technician.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably 3+ years in a food manufacturing environment.

Technical Certifications:

TESDA NC III or IV in Electrical Installation, Mechatronics, or Electronics.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team through emergency "Line Down" situations under high pressure.

Pay: From Php800.00 per day
