Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair units endorsed to the department for proper action.
• Respond quickly to customer concerns, provide options and timeframes to resolve the issues, and monitor service report of defective units.
• Prepare completion reports and other documents relevant to stated duties & responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Possesses a valid driver's license under Code A
• Sufficient knowledge of and experience in appliance repair and installation
