Nature of Business: Mobile Phone Repairs

Qualifications:

• Technical/vocational education in Electronics, Electrical, Mobile Phone Repair, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in mobile phone repair or electronics repair is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mobile phone components, troubleshooting, and basic electronics.
• Good hand skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with small components.
• Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and restoring mobile phones to required quality and functional standards.

The technician performs component-level and parts replacement repairs while following established work instructions, safety procedures, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mobile phone hardware and functional issues.
• Disassemble and reassemble mobile phones safely and efficiently.
• Replace defective components such as screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, speakers, and other parts.
• Perform basic board-level/component repairs when required.
• Conduct functional testing and quality inspection after repair.
• Record repair results, parts used, and device status accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures, ESD controls, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.
• Meet required productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Identify recurring defects and report issues to the supervisor or engineering team.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
