Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

The Utilities Attachment Management Technician plays operational roles on client support, evaluation, maintenance, and repairs to a wide variety of telecommunications’ cables, equipment, and other related attachments to all Transmission Lines and Substation facilities within the assigned area.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to all job orders assigned by the immediate supervisor mandatorily
• Evaluate the condition of poles for RTA Applications
• Audit and document all attached telco facilities according to Pole standards
• Install alley arm to the poles with RTA Applications
• Withdraw and account all materials hauled from stores
• Conduct detailed pole inventory of cable attachments
• Identify, confiscate and apprehend unauthorized attachments found
• Remove and clear telco attachments from connected poles
• Raise and bundle dangling spaghetti wires within the franchise area
• Document the issues and remedies which will be helpful in future
• Complete and finish all work orders given on time
• Prepare and submit accomplished reports accordingly
• Take note and submit all referred telco attachment related concerns
• Report to the supervisor as soon as possible all incidents that may occur on site
• Contribute the best client service and support them during field visits
• Ensures a safe work environment through wearing of proper PPE and following safety standards

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCES:

• College Undergraduate or Graduate of any technical/ TESDA course.
• At least with one (1) year work experience in the same field

Ang Utilities Attachment Management Technician ay gumaganap ng mga operasyonal na tungkulin sa pagbibigay ng suporta sa kliyente, pagsusuri, pagpapanatili, at pagkukumpuni ng iba’t ibang kable, kagamitan, at iba pang kaugnay na attachment ng telekomunikasyon sa lahat ng pasilidad ng mga Transmission Lines at Substation sa loob ng itinakdang lugar.

MGA PANGUNAHING GAMPANIN AT RESPONSIBILIDAD:

• Dumalo at tumugon sa lahat ng job order na itinalaga ng agarang superbisor nang walang palya
• Suriin ang kondisyon ng mga poste para sa mga RTA Application
• I-audit at idokumento ang lahat ng nakakabit na pasilidad ng telco alinsunod sa mga pamantayan ng poste
• Mag-install ng alley arm sa mga poste na may RTA Application
• Kunin, isaayos, at itala ang lahat ng materyales na inilabas mula sa mga bodega.
• Magsagawa ng detalyadong imbentaryo ng mga cable attachment sa mga poste
• Tukuyin, kumpiskahin, at hulihin ang mga hindi awtorisadong attachment na matatagpuan
• Alisin at linisin ang mga telco attachment mula sa mga poste
• Itaas at ipunin ang mga nakalaylay at magulong kable (spaghetti wires) sa loob ng franchise area
• Idokumento ang mga isyu at ang mga ginawang solusyon na makatutulong sa hinaharap
• Tapusin at kumpletuhin ang lahat ng work order sa itinakdang oras
• Maghanda at magsumite ng mga natapos na ulat nang naaayon
• Itala at isumite ang lahat ng iniulat na kaugnay na alalahanin tungkol sa telco attachments
• Iulat agad sa superbisor ang anumang insidenteng maaaring mangyari sa lugar ng trabaho
• Magbigay ng pinakamahusay na serbisyo sa kliyente at suportahan sila sa panahon ng field visits
• Tiyakin ang ligtas na kapaligiran sa trabaho sa pamamagitan ng pagsusuot ng wastong PPE at pagsunod sa mga pamantayan sa kaligtasan

EDUKASYON AT KARANASAN:

• Nakatapos ng anumang teknikal na kurso /TESDA
• May hindi bababa sa isang (1) taong karanasan sa parehong larangan
