Are you a qualified Motorcycle Technician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service?

TeamMoto Townsville is looking for an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our busy Service Department. Working alongside a passionate team of motorcycle enthusiasts, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing a range of motorcycles while ensuring the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

About the Role

As a Motorcycle Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing customer motorcycles to manufacturer and company standards. You will work closely with the Service Manager, Service Advisors and apprentices to deliver outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and assess mechanical and electrical faults
• Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance on motorcycles
• Dismantle, inspect and rebuild engines, transmissions and other mechanical components
• Complete warranty and repair documentation accurately
• Test and adjust motorcycles following repairs
• Identify and communicate additional repair requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
• Assist with mentoring and supporting apprentices
• Participate in manufacturer and company training programs
• Deliver professional customer interactions when required
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

**What We're Looking For:

Essential**

• Certificate III in Motorcycle Mechanical Technology
• Current unrestricted Motorcycle Licence
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
• Ability to provide your own tools
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Desirable

• Forklift Licence
• Roadworthy Inspection Licence
• Experience mentoring apprentices.
