Technician

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Technicians to join our manufacturing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production activities, equipment performance, troubleshooting, failure analysis, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence, product quality, and production efficiency.

This position may be assigned to various technical functions including Process, Maintenance, or Failure Analysis based on business requirements and the candidate's qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and support manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions on equipment, tools, and production systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and uptime.
• Analyze equipment, process, or product failures and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Support root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational Course, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Electronics Technology
• Electrical Technology
• Mechanical Technology
• Mechatronics
• Industrial Technology
• Engineering-related courses
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or related industries is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, process control, or failure analysis is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and procedures is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
