Technician

Maintenance & Repair

• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair works on building facilities and equipment.
• Attend to residents' complaints and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and civil repair works.
• Troubleshoot and rectify building maintenance issues.
• Ensure all common property facilities are in good working condition at all times.

Building Services Monitoring

• Monitor and maintain building systems
• Record meter readings and equipment operational data as required.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination

• Assist in supervising contractors during servicing and maintenance works.
• Ensure contractors comply with site safety requirements and approved work schedules.
• Report any unsatisfactory work to the Building Manager.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
• Update work orders and ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented.
• Report any defects, breakdowns, or abnormal occurrences to the Building Manager.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Comply with building by-laws, safety regulations, and property management policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within plant rooms and common areas.

Other Duties

• Support emergency response and breakdown maintenance when required.
• Work on rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays, or overtime as instructed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
