Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, operate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform repairs and replacement of defective or worn-out components.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment status.
• Follow technical manuals, manufacturer specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and organized.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, operators, and other departments regarding equipment concerns.
• Assist in equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and modification projects.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems before breakdowns occur.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and occupational health and safety standards.
• Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain an adequate inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Perform other technical and maintenance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational course, Electrical Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant technician or maintenance experience is preferred.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, depending on the assigned role.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work near Arca South, Arca Boulevard, Taguig City

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
