Responsibilities:

Production Management/Assembly

Complete the component installation and precision assembly of camera products according to the design drawings and process flow.

Responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of production equipment to ensure the efficient operation of the production line.

Testing and Quality Control

Perform optical, electronic, and mechanical performance testing of cameras with specialized equipment to ensure that products meet technical specifications.

Analyze test data, identify potential problems in the production process, and formulate improvement plans in a timely manner.

Problem feedback and resolution

Problem Recording and Feedback: Record the problems and defects found during the test and feedback to the management department, and provide detailed test reports and steps to reproduce the problems.

Technical support and troubleshooting

Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems in the production line, and deal with abnormal situations in the assembly and testing process in a timely manner.

Assist to handle incoming quality inspection: Count incoming goods, verify part number & quantity, prevent material mix-up; perform incoming quality inspection and handle non-conformance.

Requirements:

Experience:

1- 3 years of hands-on production operation experience.

Familiar with camera modules and whole machine testing equipment, such as MTF, dynamic range, calibration, OIS and other testing methods; Familiar with camera modules, sensor datasheet, able to design, build, and maintain testing environments.

Excellent knowledge of SMT a processes, materials, and equipment.
